Exchange Policy

At RAULK, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. However, if you face any issue, we are happy to assist you with an exchange under the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility
Customers will be eligible for exchange if:

  • The outfit is unused
  • The original tag is intact and not removed

A request is raised within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to our support team

📌 Valid Reasons for Exchange
Exchange will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Torn piece received
  • Wrong color delivered
  • Wrong size delivered
  • Incorrect product received

In any of the above situations, RAULK will offer an exchange for the same product or correct size, subject to availability.

Exchange Not Applicable If:

  • The outfit has been worn or used
  • The original tags have been removed
  • The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery


Exchange Charges
A ₹199 exchange fee will be applicable for processing and reverse logistics.

Important Notes
We do not provide refunds.

Customers may select another outfit of equal value instead of refund.

  • If the new product is of higher value, the difference amount must be paid.
  • Exchange requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
  • Used products or products without original tags will not be eligible.
  • Proof Required for Exchange (Damaged / Defective Items)
    In case of a damaged, torn, or defective product, customers must share clear photos and an unboxing video as proof while raising the exchange request.
  • Photos must clearly show the defect or damage.
  • The request must be sent within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Without proper photo proof, the exchange request may not be approved.

This helps us verify the issue and improve our quality standards.
