At RAULK, we maintain strict quality standards. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

❌ No Refund Policy
We do not offer monetary refunds.

• If your product qualifies under our exchange conditions, you can select another outfit of equal value instead of a refund.
• If the new selected product is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference amount.

Exchange is only applicable if:

• The product is unused
• Original tags are intact
• Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Valid reason (damaged, wrong size, wrong color, incorrect product)
